Common EB-1A denial reasons

Denials cluster around the same gaps. This is not a list of your odds. It is what officers write when the exhibits do not match the claims.

Patterns that show up again

Three criteria argued from one employer and the same two letter writers. Original contributions that never left the company. Judging that was assigned internally or never finished. Awards with no selection criteria. A high salary with no comparable survey. Final merits rejected because the record looks like a strong career, not sustained acclaim at the top of the field.

An RFE is not a denial

A request for evidence means the officer did not grant on the first read. Some cases are approved after a real response. Some are denied because the response repeats the petition. This site can point at the gap. It cannot write the legal response.

This is not a law firm and does not file petitions. USCIS decides each case on its own record.
