You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Do not file any generated draft with USCIS without review by a licensed immigration attorney.

Paid plans are processed by Stripe Checkout. Access is granted only after Stripe confirms payment (on return to this site and via the Stripe webhook). Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If a paid report does not generate, email support@eb1agenius.com. We do not refund based on scores or on any later USCIS decision.
