Refund Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
EB1AGenius sells digital evaluations and time-limited access, paid through Stripe. This page is the refund policy for those purchases. It is not legal advice and not a promise about any USCIS case.
1. When we refund
We will refund the amount you paid, in USD, if any of these is true:
- Stripe charged you and the full report never appeared after you finished the evaluation.
- You were charged twice for the same plan.
- You bought Sprint, Pro, or Extended and, within 7 days, you have not generated a full paid report, and you ask us to cancel.
2. When we do not refund
- The full report, PDF, or Word file was delivered, even if you disagree with the scores.
- You already used the paid evaluation (you ran analysis and opened the full report).
- USCIS later issues an RFE, NOID, or denial. This tool does not decide USCIS cases.
- You expected legal advice, a petition we would file, or a guarantee of approval. We do not offer those.
- The free evaluation. There is no charge to refund.
3. Time-limited plans
Sprint (1 month), Pro (3 months), and Extended (6 months) start when Stripe confirms payment. Unused days after you have used a full report are not refunded. If you have not used a full report, you have 7 days from purchase to ask for a refund under section 1.
4. How to ask
Email support@eb1agenius.com from the same address you used to pay. Include:
- The email on the Stripe receipt
- Approximate date and amount
- Plan name (Single report, Sprint, Pro, or Extended)
- A short note on what went wrong
We aim to reply within 2 business days (U.S. Central Time). We look at one field on the account: if a paid report was delivered, that field has a date; if it is empty, the report did not appear. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to show on a statement.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. If a chargeback is filed, we may share the Stripe record and whether a report was generated, so the bank can see that a digital product was delivered.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page. The policy in force is the one on this page on the day you pay. See also our Terms of Service.
