Privacy Policy

EB1AGenius is an educational self-assessment tool. We do not sell your documents or profile data.

If you paste resume or exhibit text, that content is sent to a server-side analysis function only when you click “Run analysis” or “Generate draft.” Analysis uses the app owner’s configured language model when available, otherwise an offline heuristic engine that never leaves your browser session’s request.

We use Vercel Analytics and, when configured, Google Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, and the country or region of the connection. We do not use that to identify you by name. Signed-in accounts store the email you used to sign in so we can save your evaluations and payments.

The original file stays on this device. Only the text needed to score it is sent, over an encrypted connection, and only when you run the check or generate a planning draft. We do not sell that text or use it to train a model. A signed-in account stores that text on our server so you can open the evaluation again. We keep the current run and the one before it. An older run is removed when a newer one is saved. It is not deleted on a clock. Deleting the account deletes the stored evaluations.
