Licensed attorneys join as affiliates. No one is hired. When a client arrives through your link and buys a paid plan, you earn 20% of the net after card fees. The free check pays nothing.

Affiliate terms

Have counsel review these terms before launch. This is product copy, not legal advice.

  1. You join as an affiliate, not as an employee or a vendor. EB1AGenius does not hire you and does not share your legal fees.
  2. You earn 20% of net software revenue, after card fees and refunds, only when a customer arrives through your link and buys a paid plan. The free check pays nothing. EB1AGenius keeps 80%.
  3. You confirm you are a licensed attorney in good standing in the state you enter.
  4. Where your bar requires it, you will tell the client, before they rely on your recommendation, that you have a financial interest in this product.
  5. You will not promise, predict, or imply a USCIS outcome in connection with this tool.
  6. You will not describe this payment as a referral fee for legal clients. It is an affiliate commission on a software sale.
  7. You will not bid on EB1AGenius branded search terms.
  8. Fraud, including self-referrals, ends the account and forfeits unpaid commission.
  9. Payouts are monthly through Stripe Connect once the balance reaches $50, after a 60-day refund hold. A W-9 is required before the first payout.
