EB-1A evidence guide

Evidence evaluation here means matching each criterion to a document an officer can open. The resume starts the list. It does not finish it.

Claim versus proof

Every box gets both. Claim is what you say happened. Proof is the exhibit: the award rules, the judging invitation and the completion note, the paper, the adoption email from outside, the survey next to the pay stub. On this site only proof of 70 or above, with a primary exhibit, counts as met for planning.

Independence is the usual gap

Letters from the same team, a company blog, and a Slack congratulations do not show that someone outside the organization cared. One employer can support a critical role and still leave final merits thin if nothing independent exists.

The free check is the evidence gap read. It lists what is claimed and what is still missing. It does not tell you a document will be enough.
