EB-1A chances
People want a chance of approval. USCIS does not publish one, and a calculator that prints 73% is theater. This page says what you can actually know before you file.
Step 1 and step 2
Step 1 is three of the ten criteria, or one true one-time major award. Step 2 is final merits: sustained national or international acclaim, and that you are at the top of the field. Clearing a planning version of step 1 does not answer step 2.
The free check separates claim from proof so you can see which boxes are only resume lines. That is a better use of an evening than a fake probability.
What changes the file
Independent exhibits. Not another adjective in the resume. If the check says too early, comparing yourself to a stranger’s approval post will not add a document.

This is not a law firm and does not file petitions. USCIS decides each case on its own record.
