Free EB-1A eligibility calculator
A calculator here means a structured score of claim versus proof on each of the ten boxes. It is not a government form and it does not decide a petition.
How the numbers work
You upload or paste a resume. The tool scores each criterion. On this site, proof of 70 or above is treated as met for planning. USCIS officers do not use a 70-point scale. You still need three met criteria, or one true major award, and then a final-merits read of the whole file.
Use it as a self assessment before you pay a lawyer. The full write-up is on paid plans.
This is not a yes/no quiz
A six-question quiz that says you “qualify” is not how officers read a file. Each box here gets a claim score (the resume) and a proof score (the exhibits). Only proof of 70 or above, with a primary exhibit for that box, counts as met on this site.
The overall number is the whole file, not the average of the bars. One high bar does not pull the rest up. How we score is public.
What you walk away with
Which of the ten criteria look exhibit-backed. Which still need files. Whether this still looks like an EB-1A conversation, or a different one such as NIW. About 2 minutes. No account for the free check.
This is not a law firm and does not file petitions. USCIS decides each case on its own record.
