EB-1A published material

This criterion is published material about you in professional or major trade publications or other major media. It is about you. It is not your own article. That other box is scholarly articles.

About you, by someone else

A trade story, a profile, or a substantial report that discusses your work and names you. The outlet should be professional or major, not a page you control. The exhibit is the piece itself, the date, and something that shows the outlet’s standing.

What usually does not count

Your blog. Your employer’s launch post. A paid placement. A quote of one sentence in a roundup that is really about the company. Syndication of the same press release into fifty unknown sites. Those can be context. They are a weak primary exhibit.
