EB-1A high salary
High salary or other remuneration is one criterion. There is no EB-1A dollar amount in the regulation, and this site will not invent a benchmark table.
Compared with whom
The comparison is other people in your field, usually the same specialty and geography. A survey, a government series, or a private compensation report can be the exhibit. Your offer letter is the number being compared. A level name at a large company is not, by itself, the comparison.
Equity, bonus, and relocation need to be explained. A grant total that mixes four years of stock with salary is not automatically “high” until someone can see the method.
Why we do not publish benchmarks
A table of “EB-1A salaries” goes stale and pretends there is a cutoff. Officers have denied high earners and approved people whose pay was not the strongest box. Use a survey for your own specialty. Then see whether pay is even one of your three, or whether the file depends on other criteria.
