Who we are

EB1AGenius is a small team. One job: tell you if an EB-1A file is even close, before you hire counsel. Officers use a two-step test (Kazarian). So do we. We do not mark a box met because the resume sounds strong. Questions: support@eb1agenius.com.

EB-1A can be a self-petition. You do not need an employer to sponsor you. That also means you put the file together yourself. This tool is built for that path. It is especially useful if you are filing on your own.

Upload a resume and the exhibits you already have. We map claim versus proof on the ten criteria, say which boxes look met, and list what to collect next. That saves time you would otherwise spend guessing which PDFs belong in which box. It also saves the $15,000 to $25,000 first lawyer meeting that often only repeats the same gaps.

About 2 minutes for the free check. The paid report adds the evidence matrix, officer-style questions, and a 30-day list. You still decide whether to hire counsel. You just do not start from a blank folder.

We are not immigration lawyers. We do not file Form I-140. If a criterion is thin, the report says so. Take it to your own attorney when you are ready, or use it to decide that EB-1A is not the path yet.

How we score is public: claim versus proof, a 70 planning cutoff, and final merits as a separate read. The overall number is the whole file, not the average of the bars. More on self-petition, no job offer.
