There is no single number. USCIS processing of Form I-140 can take months, even with premium processing for the petition itself. After approval, people born in some countries still wait on the visa bulletin.

EB-1 India
People search EB1 India because first-preference dates for India have moved in and out of backlog. That is a visa-bulletin question, not an evidence-score question. A strong EB-1A file does not create a current priority date. A thin file does not change the bulletin either.
