Free EB-1A eligibility check
People search “am I eligible for EB-1A” because a lawyer consult is expensive and the 10 boxes are confusing. This page is the short version. Then run the free evaluation on your resume.
What USCIS actually asks
EB-1A is extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. Step 1: three of the ten criteria, or one true one-time major award (USCIS examples: Pulitzer, Oscar, Olympic medal). Step 2: the whole record must show sustained national or international acclaim at the top of the field.
A job title, a degree, and a good employer are not a yes. This site’s 70-point cutoff is a planning rule. USCIS does not grade 0 to 100.
What the free check shows
Claim versus proof on each of the 10 criteria. How many boxes look exhibit-backed. Whether this looks like an EB-1A path, not yet, or a different conversation such as NIW.
It is a self assessment, not a quiz that “qualifies” you. USCIS decides the petition.
This is not a law firm and does not file petitions. USCIS decides each case on its own record.
