• Published material about you in professional or major trade media
• Judging: panels, awards, or peer review in the consulting field
• Critical role for a distinguished client or firm, with your part documented

What often does not hold up

• Billable hours and client logos as if they were original contributions
• Firm marketing case studies that never name you
• Membership in a society that only needs a fee

EB-1A is a self-petition. You can be in any country. The statute names five fields (sciences, arts, education, business, athletics). Meeting three criteria is only Step 1. Final merits still has to show sustained acclaim.
