EB-1A premium processing
Premium processing is a USCIS service, paid to USCIS, that asks the agency to act on a pending I-140 on a shorter clock. It is not a product we sell, and it does not change the legal test.
What it does
USCIS premium processing is for the petition itself. It can speed an approval, a denial, an RFE, or a NOID. It does not skip final merits, and it does not raise a weak exhibit into a strong one.
Fees and the current clock are on USCIS, not here. They change. Read the USCIS premium-processing page or ask counsel before you pay that fee.
What it does not do
It does not fix missing judging, an unused patent, or letters with no backup. If the free check comes back thin, paying USCIS to read a thin file faster is usually not the first move.
After I-140 approval, the visa bulletin and adjustment or consular processing still apply. Premium processing does not buy a current priority date.
How this site fits
Run the eligibility check first. If three boxes look exhibit-backed, take the report to a lawyer and ask them whether premium processing is worth it on that filing. We do not file and we do not collect the USCIS premium-processing fee.
This is not a law firm and does not file petitions. USCIS decides each case on its own record.
