EB-1A petition (Form I-140)
People search “EB1A petition” when they are ready to file, or when they want to know what filing even is. The petition is Form I-140. Approval is a USCIS decision. This site is a planning tool for the evidence, not a filing service.
What gets filed
Form I-140, Employment-Based Immigrant Petition, in the extraordinary-ability classification. You can file it for yourself. No employer sponsor and no labor certification. You still have to show you will keep working in the field, and that coming to the United States would substantially benefit the country.
The petition is the form plus the exhibits. Officers read the exhibits. A long cover letter without independent proof is a common reason for an RFE.
What “EB1A approval” actually is
Approval of the I-140 is not the green card by itself. After an approved petition, people still follow the visa bulletin and either adjustment of status or consular processing. This tool does not predict those waits and does not grant approval.
If someone promises an approval rate, that is not this site. We score claim versus proof. USCIS decides the case.
What we produce, and what we do not
A paid report and a draft outline you can take to counsel. We do not sign Form I-140, we do not represent you before USCIS, and we do not file. A licensed immigration attorney should review anything before it goes in.
This is not a law firm and does not file petitions. USCIS decides each case on its own record.
